1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing dikit.ph or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Our Services

dikit.ph provides custom sticker and label printing services in the Philippines. We offer:

• Die-cut, kiss-cut, and sheet stickers in various materials and finishes
• Waterproof product labels and holographic stickers
• Custom sizing, shapes, and quantities
• Nationwide delivery through third-party courier partners

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (₱) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
• The artwork you submit is your original work or you have rights to use it
• The information you provide (name, address, payment details) is accurate and complete
• You understand that orders are custom-made and cannot be cancelled once production begins

4. Artwork & File Requirements

You are solely responsible for the content of the artwork you submit. By submitting artwork, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have a valid license to use all images, logos, and text in your design
• Your artwork does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Your artwork does not contain illegal, offensive, or defamatory content
• You accept responsibility for any spelling errors or design mistakes in your submitted files

dikit.ph reserves the right to refuse printing of any artwork that violates these requirements or applicable Philippine law.

5. Payment

We accept GCash, Maya, major credit/debit cards, online bank transfer (BDO, BPI), and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select areas. Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. For COD orders, payment is collected upon delivery.

6. Production & Delivery

Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and complexity:

• Standard: 5–7 business days production + 3–7 days shipping
• Express: 2–3 business days production + 1–3 days shipping
• We ship via reputable couriers (J&T, LBC, or GrabExpress)
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or courier delays
• dikit.ph is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers

7. Refunds & Replacements

Because all orders are custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse or incorrect specifications submitted by the customer. We will reprint or refund orders only when:

• The product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., miscut, printing error on our part)
• The order was damaged in transit (photo proof required within 48 hours of delivery)
• The wrong item was delivered

8. Intellectual Property

The dikit.ph name, logo, website design, and original content are the intellectual property of dikit.ph and are protected by Philippine copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. All artwork you submit remains your property.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dikit.ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Metro Manila, Philippines.
