Refund & Return Policy

All dikit.ph products are custom-made to your specifications. Because each order is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, we take full responsibility for manufacturing defects and shipping damage. If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right.

When You're Covered

We offer a free reprint or full refund for the following reasons:

Printing / Manufacturing Defect

Visible errors caused by our production process — e.g., misaligned cuts, significant color deviation from approved proof, or poor adhesive quality.

Damaged in Transit

Products that arrived crushed, torn, or otherwise damaged due to shipping. Photo proof must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Wrong Item Delivered

You received an item that does not match your order (wrong shape, material, size, or quantity).

What's Not Covered

Refunds or reprints will not be issued for:

  • Spelling errors, typos, or design mistakes in artwork submitted by you
  • Color variation within normal printing tolerances (~10–15% from screen preview)
  • Orders cancelled after production has started
  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Damage caused after delivery (e.g., improper storage, mishandling)
Tip: Always proofread your artwork carefully before submitting. We recommend ordering a sample quantity first for new designs.

How to File a Claim

Follow these steps to request a refund or reprint:

Contact Us Within 7 Days

Email info@dikit.ph or message us on Facebook within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

Submit Photo Evidence

Send clear photos of the defect or damage, along with your order number. For transit damage, include photos of the packaging as well.

Review & Approval

Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and notify you of the outcome via email.

Resolution

Approved claims will be resolved via free reprint (shipped within 5–7 business days) or a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
